 One time handyman services
One-time service
Hourly rate: $70.00 per hour
Travel fee: $30.00 minimum within __mile range of Houston or Fort
Bend County.
- Simply call us at 281.451.8449 and our technician will meet with
you or make arrangements via telephone for a one-time service/repair
call. If necessary, we will schedule you for a two hour or more
appointment to handle any repairs, inspect your home & property for
future repairs, and consult with you on major repair needs. *At that
time, we’ll schedule your next appointment. We
recommend monthly appointments if your home needs additional work,
quarterly if it needs less work. More frequent visits can be
accommodated for larger projects. (See

Simply note any issues on a handy pad that we will leave with you
and we’ll handle them at your next appointment.
It’s simple. We'll call a week before your scheduled appointment to
confirm the time and that you still need us.

If you have supplies and materials on hand, (e.g. plumbing
supplies,
insulation supplies, cabinetry/knobs, etc.) these repairs can be
accommodated during the initial visit.
Otherwise, supplies and materials are quoted. Follow up appointment
may be needed. Larger projects are by quote only.
